The room was so tiny, I didn't expect to have to share my space with other guests' conversations and noises, it was literally like being in a cardboard box. And I couldn't believe the bathroom was so neglected, rusty bath and a rough towel with a stain, so disappointing. I really thought I'd get some extra perks for enduring this, but alas, no. I just couldn't give it a good review.

The hotel is situated in the old town with its lovely cobbled streets shops and tapas bars while also only a few metres from the beach, very comfortable for the price and the mini bar for use of our own food and drink was as added bonus

it was a little bit noisy with people coming in at all times of the night, but my husband didn't hear a thing so it was probably because i am a light sleeper

we kwamen met 2 -personen en kregen een 4 persoonskamer, dus dat was natuurlijk super goed. 70 meter de straat uit en je staat in een vd drukste winkelstraten. 400 meter de andere kant op en je staat op het strand

A very good hotel and a very good priced value, Breakfast was quite good, infact better than expected, would definatly recommend the la santa faz

The room was large on the upper floors, stayed here for 6 nights. The breakfasts where good and the service was great. Had the option to leave my car onsite. Food was good and fab; the stuff were outstandingly accommodating. The ambiance was quiet and I appreciated every second of the excellant time here.

Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

I loved how close everything was, especially with the beautiful L'Aiguera Park just 500 meters away and the charming Mediterranean Balcony a mere few steps from the hotel, making it super easy to explore the old town and soak in the local vibe.

Incredibly noisy from both external and internal sources!!! The walls are paper thin, allowing noise from neighbors and outside to invade your space. The check-in process could use a more attentive approach to guest requests!!!

Very clean comfortable rooms for a short stay!

Great 2 star hotel perfect location in the center of the old town we stayed New Years Eve so noise was not a problem as fun was had by everyone. Would only stay for 2 nights max as any longer and we would what more luxury. The breakfast was ok but basic. On that basis we would defiantly recommend it

Great location in centre of Old Town around corner from La Cava Arogonesa

Check in takes ages! There is very little sound insulation, it is a concrete frame building and you hear everything above below and to the sides. But OK for cheap short break

The central location in the Old Town. Close to everything, bars, shops beach. Very good.

Very small room with a large unusable outside area between the room and the small balcony. This area was never cleaned and because it was trapped between two sets of double glazed doors, was far to hot to sit in. The room had air conditioning but the first night I could not work out how to turn it on so was too hot. I did not know that I needed a remote control from reception as this was not explained when I checked in. The hotel does have wifi in the reception but would benefit by offering this service in the rooms as well.
